3. Technical Documentation - Technical specifications of the equipment - Circuit diagrams and block diagrams - User manual in Chinese - Frequency allocation table - Antenna specifications

4. Equipment Samples - Test samples as per SRRC requirements - Typically 2-3 units for testing - Must be representative of production models

5. Brand Authorization (if applicable) - Brand registration certificate - Authorization letter from brand owner (if brand differs from company name)

6. Agent Authorization (if applicable) - Power of attorney for agent - Agent's business license
